Victor Anderson is editor-in-chief of Waters magazine and WatersTechnology.com, the online portal featuring content from Inside Market Data, Inside Reference Data, Buy-Side Technology and Sell-Side Technology. He joined Incisive Media back in mid-2001 as part of the Risk Waters Group, and has edited a number of buy-side focussed technology publications over the past decade. Although Waters covers all business processes comprising the buy side, the sell side, the exchanges, and the regulatory realms, Victor is especially interested in the technology underpinning high-frequency and algorithmic trading practices, risk management, and performance measurement and attribution.

Joel Clark is editor of FX Week, the weekly magazine and daily news website covering all aspects of the global foreign exchange market, from technology and trading systems to people moves, derivatives and regulation. He joined Incisive Media in January 2007, initially as European reporter on Waters magazine and Buy-Side Technology, before moving to join the editorial team on Risk magazine in February 2009. While on Risk, he covered the regulatory response to the global financial crisis, from bank capital and liquidity requirements to reforms of the over-the-counter derivatives market. He joined FX Week in January 2011.

Javier Paz is senior analyst within the wealth management practice at research and advisory firm Aite Group. His coverage includes brokerage trends in business, regulations, and technology across asset classes, with a particular focus on retail and high-end retail. Javier is also a McGraw-Hill author, with his upcoming book Forex Trading Plan, due out in the third quarter of 2012. Prior to Aite Group, Javier held management roles in FX market research at boutique firm ForexDatasource and retail FX broker Interbank FX. In the late 1990s, he was a fixed income analyst for CSFB and a currency analyst for FleetBoston Bank.

David Poole is principal at research and advisory firm ClientKnowledge, where he is responsible for consulting to customers and business management. David joined ClientKnowledge in 2000, having worked in treasury at JP Morgan for ten years, where he built an e-commerce business and a prime brokerage platform. David has extensive experience in providing senior management with analysis to help them implement client strategy.
