Eva Szalay, Editor, FX Week
Eva is the editor of FX Week, the leading industry publication for global foreign exchange markets. Eva has been covering the currency trading industry since 2010, including as a FX reporter for Dow Jones Newswires and The Wall Street Journal. As editor of FX Week, Eva is responsible for the online and print content generated in three offices - London, New York and Hong Kong. As well as editorial, Eva has responsibility for content for the publication's global events. She also chairs and moderates panels across all geographies at both FX Week and FX Invest conferences. Eva has a BSc in business management from Queen Mary University of London.
Satnam Sohal, Principal, Markets, Greenwich Associates
Satnam works with fixed-income, equities and FX clients in Europe. Prior to re-joining the Firm in as a consultant on the Markets team, Satnam worked extensively as a consultant in Process, Operations, and Technology assignments for various small and mid-sized companies in Asia ranging from Retail to Fashion to E-Commerce. Earlier in his career he worked on the fixed income team in research and client management in the U.S. and London prior to which he gained experience as an Investment Associate at Salomon Smith Barney (Citi).
Satnam holds a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Finance and Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology, NY and an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore).
Brad Bailey, Research Director, Celent
Brad is a research director with Celent's Securities and Investments practice, and is based in the firm's New York office. He is an expert in electronic trading of equities, foreign exchange derivatives, credit, rates, and futures. His research focus is on emerging technology and trading technology across asset classes.
Brad has more than 20 years of Wall Street industry experience in trading, technology, sales, strategy, analysis, and consulting. Prior to Celent, he spent nearly seven years at KCG Holdings (formerly Knight Capital) as the Director of Business Development and Corporate Strategy.
Javier Paz, Senior Analyst within Aite Group's Wealth Management
Javier Paz is a senior analyst within Aite Group's Wealth Management practice. In this role, Mr. Paz examines brokerage trends in business, regulation, and technology across asset classes. Areas of particular expertise include retail FX and other self-directed trading, trader/investor segmentation, front-end trading technology, and margin-trading regulations.
Prior to joining Aite Group, Mr. Paz held management roles at FX market research boutique ForexDatasource and retail FX broker Interbank FX. In the late 1990s, he was a fixed income analyst for CSFB and a currency analyst for FleetBoston Bank.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in both line and change management roles in Investment Banking operations. Paul has a successful track record in finding intellectual solutions to business problems and implementing new technology to support new businesses and process change, delivering efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
